Reports and insurance

Reports

Under Reports you compose your own overview of your collection or your sales. Choose:

  • Subject – Collection or Sales.
  • Group by – category, article, purchase source, country, company, era, scale, manufacturer, series or purchase year.
  • Number – for the collection: count, purchase amount, average purchase price, new value or the difference between them. For sales: count, revenue or profit.
  • Display – a pie chart, bar chart or just a table.
  • Sort – by name or by number (high to low).
  • Filters – for example purchase year from/to, and whether sold items count.

Choose Show for the result. With Download CSV you take the table to a spreadsheet. You print with your browser's print function (choose Save as PDF for a file).

The new value comes from the catalogue. If an item has no value there, what you paid for it counts; this is stated below the report.

Insurance

The Insurance overview is a list for your insurer.

  1. Choose Enter or change insurance details and fill in insurer, contact person, address, policy number and insured amount. They appear in the header of the overview.
  2. You see the total and average new value of your collection and whether you are fully covered or underinsured, with the amount.
  3. At the bottom is an appendix with a list per item: number, description, new value, serial number and purchase date. A set counts as a whole.
  4. Print the overview or save it as PDF.

The value is the current new value from the catalogue, not corrected for condition or finishing work. If you entered an own value for an own article, that one applies (Own article).
