Your collection
Here is everything you own and everything you sold. Each item gets its own purchase number at purchase, which is never reused, not even if you later delete the item.
The overview
- View – Per item shows every item separately, Per article groups equal articles with count, average price and total paid.
- Search collection – by number or description.
- Show sold items – sold items are hidden by default.
- At the top you see the totals: number of items, what you paid and the new value according to the catalogue.
- + Own article and + Request an article are at the top right. See Own article and Requesting an article.
You add new items from the catalogue, with Add purchase (Purchases).
Opening an item
Click a number for the details: what you paid, where you bought it, condition, serial number, your own photos and whether it is on the layout. The buttons are there too:
- Edit – change the purchase details.
- Sell – see Selling.
- Dissolve set – sets only, see Sets.
- Delete – erase the item (with its parts, for a set) for good. The purchase number is not issued again.
Sources and sellers
A source is where you buy (shop, fair, online, private seller, auction or other). A seller belongs to a source and is optional. You manage them under Manage sources and sellers, or add them while recording a purchase with + New source and + New seller. A source you no longer use can be made inactive; old purchases keep it.
Material used
If you modified or rebuilt an item with your own items from System accessories or Digital control (for example a decoder), you can link them under Material used. Each item can serve as material only once.
Read-only
If your licence has expired, a notice at the top says your collection is read-only. See Account and licence.
