Searching the catalogue

The catalogue is the shared list of all articles. You can browse and search it; changing it is only possible through a proposal that gets reviewed.

Searching

Type an article number, part of a description, a series or a manufacturer in the search field. You do not need capitals or accents.

Refine with the filters:

• Category – for example steam locomotives, wagons or sets.
• Manufacturer and Scale.
• Era and Year from / to.
• Sort by – for example number or year.

Results are shown in pages; use Previous and Next at the bottom. If there are very many hits, only the first are shown and the site asks you to refine. A needs review flag on an article means its data still has to be checked.

Below the results you find Is your article missing? Request it. See requesting an article. If you made the article yourself or want to keep it private, create an own article.

My contributions and statistics

• My contributions shows which changes you proposed and what happened to them.
• Statistics (in the main menu) shows how many articles there are per category, scale, brand, era and country. Click a name to search those articles.
