Account and licence

Registering and logging in

Create an account with your e-mail address and a password of at least 10 characters (a sentence of several words works well). You receive an e-mail with a confirmation link; only then can you log in. If the mail does not arrive, check your spam folder or try to log in: we then send a new link. When registering you agree to the terms of use and the privacy statement.

Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password on the login page; you get a link to choose a new password.

Trial period and licence

  • The first 60 days are free. During that time you can use everything: view the catalogue, keep your collection, wishes, train set-ups and layout build.
  • The trial counts as a full licence: you can also propose changes to the catalogue (see changing an article). A paid licence is needed to continue afterwards.
  • If your licence has expired, your collection stays available for 30 days to view and export, but you can no longer change anything. After that your account is closed; as soon as the licence is extended you can sign in again.

Your profile shows until when your trial or licence runs. It also explains how to pay: transfer the stated amount with the payment reference in the description. Payments are processed by hand, which can take a day or two. You receive an e-mail as soon as your licence has been extended.

Your profile

On your profile you can change your name (which others see with your contributions to the catalogue), choose your language and change your password.

Deleting your account

Under your profile you can delete your account permanently. Your collection, wishes, set-ups, photos and layout data are then erased. Contributions you made to the catalogue remain, but without your name. This cannot be undone.

See also the terms of use and the privacy statement.

Two-step verification

On your first sign-in you link an authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy) by scanning a QR code. After that every new sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from the app. Keep the 10 recovery codes safe: they are the only way to sign in without your phone. Lost your phone and have no codes left? Contact the administrator, who can reset the link so you can link a new phone.
